1. Do you ship to Canada?
Due to high fulfillment costs, we were forced to close our Mississauga, ON warehouse. At this
time, we ship just two items to Canadian addresses, which are EU001 PowerFingers and EU002
Runnersage Pro, since they are shipped from our vendor, who is located in Canada.

2. Do I have to pay sales tax?
Within the USA, only orders SHIPPED to California have to pay sales tax.
Canadian orders must pay their province's GST/HST.

3. What is your shipping charge?
We charge $6.95 per order, for both the United States and Canada.

4. Is Next Day shipping free?
Next Day shipping is NOT free. Next Day shipping is available for most, but not all items.
Since the cost of this service has recently increased substantially, and varies dramatically
based on package weight and destination zip code, we do not automatically bill your account
for a preset amount. Instead, we determine the actual cost for each order, and then email
you this quote, and send you an online request for the exact amount of our cost. This must
be paid before the order is released for shipping.

5. Is it safe to enter my credit card information on the RichardSolo website over the Internet?
RichardSolo uses the latest technology to ensure safe and secure transmission of your credit
card information. Our processes are certified with Data Encryption by Network Solutions, and
industry leader McAfee Secure.

6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Cards, and PayPal.

7. How is my order shipped?
Delivery times may vary, but most items will be delivered within 1 to 5 business days, after
the item is shipped. Single small items are usually sent via the Post Office, while multiple
items are usually sent via Fedex Ground. 2nd Day and Next Day delivery is available for most
items; additional charges apply. Order must be placed by 7:21am Pacific Time for same day
shipping. Shipments to PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses, can only be sent via the Post Office.

8. Can an order be shipped to more than one address?
Due to the limitations of our platform, each order can have only one shipping
address. Please enter separate orders for each shipping address.

9. Do you ship to my country? What are the delivery charges?
We do not ship outside of the United States, except for two items which can also be
shipped to Canada. These two items are EU001 and EU002, and they marked with a red
maple leaf. No customs or duties, but GST/HST will apply.

10. What is your return policy?
If you’re dissatisfied with a purchase for any reason, you can return it directly
to us (with original tags and packaging) within 30 days for exchange or refund.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed, unconditionally. Please email us at
RichardSoloHelp@gmail.com, before
sending the item back, so that we can send you a prepaid UPS return label. No
returns on Inada Products.

11. How do I check on the status of my order?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we wanted to move our email support to Gmail to improve
it. Our previous host provider, Network Solutions, is unable to provide a satisfactory email
transition - so you get their strange automated response message.
But no worries! We are here and always willing to help you with any question or problem!
